General information about returns:
New and unused products can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Please treat every product you receive from us with care. When trying on garments, make sure they are not damaged or soiled and do not remove any labels until you are completely satisfied. If not, please return the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached. In this way, you will be helping us to process returns in a way that conserves resources.
Returns are completely free of charge for you. In the mail with the shipping information you will find the possibility to download a return label directly. Alternatively, please send us an e-mail to retoure@mountain-equipment.dethat you would like to return your order to us. We will then send you a DHL return label/QR code. This will be sent from no-reply@deutschepost.de, so please also check your spam folder.
If you did not purchase your Mountain Equipment product on our website, but at one of our retailers, please contact them in case of a return!

Procedure/Step by step:
Enter your name & order number in the return form.
Enter all the items you want to return.
Contact us via retoure@mountain-equipment.de with a request for a return label/QR code.
Put this return slip & the goods in the package and seal it.
You have the option of printing out the returns label and sticking it on the parcel or using the QR code to hand it in at a post office, a DHL parcel store, a DHL Packstation or to your DHL parcel delivery service.
The return form is enclosed with each package.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the shipment, we will arrange for a refund of the purchase amount. We will do our best to process the return within one week of receiving the merchandise. The invoice amount will be refunded in the same way you paid.
If a product is returned to us that is deemed not to be in like-new condition, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from any refund. In this case we will contact you.
Please note: If a return falls below the minimum order value for free delivery, the freight costs will be deducted from the credit.
The confirmation of receipt of your return & information regarding your credit will be sent to you automatically by mail.
Exchange of an item
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Please return the erroneously ordered item and place a new order. If the desired item is not available in our webshop, you can check under the button "Buy at retailer" if one of our retailers still has the item in stock.
Aerostat mats: 5 years warranty
Every Mountain Equipment Aerostat Mat comes with a 5-year warranty upon presentation of the original sales receipt. If your product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will replace or repair it at our discretion at no charge to you.
Faults and damage due to improper handling, incorrect cleaning and storage as well as normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty. The legal rights of the end user remain unaffected. These may vary from country to country. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product.
To be able to claim the warranty, please register your product in the product registration. Warranty claims should always be discussed with the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
